When Kenya Prisons Service is overworking to rehabilitate and release reformed offenders, some Kenya Police Service are undoing the efforts. The story of reformed ex-offenders in Hola who are busy rebuilding their lives through operating a small bakery and officers from Hola Police Station stealing their meagre income is despicable. Those young men want to steer off crime but the police officers might frustrate and push them back to crime. The National Police Service Commission and the Inspector General of Police must take action.
