The deranging allegations that driving schools have been bribing NTSA so that their clientele can pass driving tests is utter scandalous. Driving schools instructions and their policies must be beyond reproach. This country is losing so many people on the roads due to incompetent drivers some who can even understand the basic rule of keep left. Letting an unqualified person take the wheel of a vehicle and one who does not understand the dangers of dangerous driving is like giving a psychopath the key to Armageddon.
